In the lead-up to the Veil of Alaris expansion release in 2011, EQ added a limited time shared task and a group mission. These quests returned in 2014 and later years.
For 2023, the quests returned on August 23rd 00:00 PDT and run until September 19th 23:00 PDT. New Quests, a Mission, and six new Overseer quests for 2023.
Quests
Each of these have a six hour lockout. Completing these grant achievements. The achievements may be found in the achievement window under EverQuest > Special or Everquest > Holiday.
Meeka Gharn (Quests) in Plane of Knowledge can transport you directly to the quest givers in Misty Thicket.
Solo tasks
The solo tasks must be done in the order below.
- Skin So Soft (2023) (EQ Resource 110+) - Given by Waagosh in the Feerott. There are different tasks depending upon your level. Reward 5 Blaze-Broiled Reptilian Steak.
- No Peeking or Eating (2023) (EQ Resource) - Given by Waagosh in the Feerott
- Cure for the Blues (2023) (EQ Resource)- Given by Waagosh in the Feerott. Reward Scaled Hatchling Familiar.
- No Peeking or Eating (2023) (EQ Resource) - Given by Waagosh in the Feerott
Only The Blind Will See (Allakhazam, EQ Resource). The task has eight versions, depending on your level. The reward is an achievement and Ancient Artifact.
Group missions
Baga's Stand (Allakhazam, EQ Resource). 3-6 players. To request Baga's Stand, you must have completed one of the Only The Blind Will See tasks, but that is not needed to participate. Reward is an achievement and Ancient Text.
