Notes:

Paltra is concerned about the bonecrafters that have gone missing and would like you to investigate. Start out by traveling around the zone hailing the missing bonecrafters, they give different accounts of what it was and give you an item. Afterwards talk to Erulin, who suggests you speak with Granger. Take the items the bonecrafters gave you to Granger and chat with him. He feels there must be a connection and send you to The Well to talk with Dtaemi. Zone over and find Dtaemi who says that what you need is venom from the Fetid Spider. You'll find it just north of Dtaemi, easy kill. Loot the venom and take it back to Granger.
After testing the items with the venom, Granger concludes "Vorga" is back. He suggests speaking with Alboct in House of Thule, who may know more. Alboct sends you to the upper floor of the House of Thule (requires tier 3 access) to kill the Profane Fiend. You'll find it in a little room off of the spider area. Kill it, take its heart, and go to eastern side of the lake in grounds. Vorga will spawn, hail it, say "trickery" and kill it. It casts shaman spells but is a pushover. After killing it report your success to Paltra to complete the task.
