Notes:

Giladan figures the Patch Warden might know how to locate some of the Antheia Bloom he is looking for. You'll find him on the east side of the pumpkin patch (north side of zone). Chatting with him yields no useful information other than to go see Meikon, the leader of the bixies (south side of zone). Meikon is less than thrilled to see you but grudgingly says that you need to get the seeds from the rotdogs themselves. Start killing them and loot 4 Antheia Bloom Seeds, they are most common on "a mangy rotdog", but can rarely drop from "a rotdog" as well.. Take these back to Giladan, hand them in, and chat with him to complete the task.
