Notes:

Dismayed at the proof of his mother's death, Dtaemi wants to know what is holding his spirit to the well. He suggests talking to the Bonesmith in the Grounds. Start by killing 3 of the bone golems then have a chat with Ikaena. He suggests the cause is "the Adversary", which is tied to the mouth of insanity creatures in the Well. You'll find them near the zone in (east passage), kill 2 of them and a Shilliskin will spawn named "The Adversary". Hail him and then kill it. Once it is gone return to Dtaemi to complete the task.
