Notes:

You will find Arikene near the City of Dranik zoneline. When you hail him he requests you collect an item from three muramite races and some Arcanum. The Arcanium can be prelooted, and can come from instances, the others can not. When you have them all give them to Karsor the Mad, found in the cave along the north side of the zone. When hailed he gives you a Black Arcane Sonic Gun and sends you to deliver it to Arikene the Hopeful. Do so and hail him to complete the task.
