• Deliver the orders to Vohlen (5) - Kithicor
• Speak with Vohlen - Kithicor
• Speak with Lord Tephys - Kithicor

Notes:

Around the zone are five "dead forest ranger", each with a little bag beside them. Even though the task says to collect 3, pick up all 5. Then head north to Tonn Ermis, he can be found a bit south of the void portal, chat with him and he tells you to take whats in the chest. Do so and head back to Vohlen. Hand him the confession from the chest and the 5 orders. Hail him and he sends you to Lord Tephys, found to the west with Firiona Vie. Hailing Tephys completes the task.
