Mission steps:

• Go to the old Brewer's house and look for a wagon - Kithicor
• Look along the east-west road for Olshan's wagon - Kithicor
• Look for 5 bags of black powder - Kithicor
• Return to Kibrek - Kithicor
• Give Kibrek the 5 bags of powder - Kithicor

Reward:

• 30 Chronobines
• Blood of the Satiated
• Experience (15% of aa)
• Gain faction with Silla Herald

Notes:

You'll get the first update near the camp just north of Kibrek's camp. Next travel along to road between the camps looking for "Gedwin Olshan's corpse" which triggers the second update. Near the corpse are ground spawns of black powder (look like big bags), pick up 5. If you don't see any, hang out for a few minutes for repops. Head back to Kibrek and give him the powder.
