Firona is right beside Tephys, hail her for first update. Then head southeast to the large lake and the second step will update as you approach. The 3rd update is just as the task says, north of the lake. In the house is a dark elf Aendra Whiteflame. Hail her for the 4th step and she tells you that Ralf is an agent of Discord. You'll need to kill him. He only hits for about 1500, but you may face adds from his house if you don't pull him out, so be ready. When he is dead loot Aendra's Note. Next up is a swim in the lake, dive down around (-825, -2530) on the lake bottom is a chest. /open it and loot an Orb of Mind Recovery. Give the Orb to Firiona to complete the task.
