The knights are kinda uncommon, but found in the roving packs, hunt down six. For the warchests there are 2 in the camp near Nek Forest, 2 near Freeport, and 2 in the camp on the road between them. When you /open the chest the Obliteration agents nearby agro so be prepared to run or fight. After you get all 6 head back to Kithicor and chat with Banesman.
