Notes:

Start by heading south to the hamlet, then northeast a bit to find Endell's corpse. Just downhill are 4 Obliteration Infiltraitors. Kill them all and loot a Thaulen Tier`Duuren Infiltration Plans, jog back to Vohlen, hand them in, then hail him to complete the task.
