Notes:

Nardic wants you to infiltrate the Acolytes of Despair. Begin by chatting with Balion, who sends you to Urjek. He tells you to get a vial from a dragorn, you'll get this by killing a Dragorn Thug roaming the central area of the zone. Take this vial to Veshlin and when you hail him he will explain how he became cursed and give you a ring. Take this ring back to Citykeeper Nardic to complete the task.
