Can also rarely drop Phased Eternal Incandessence or Phased Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Chainrender

Named Aneuk, only spawns during the mission Kill the Shearspawn
Drops Skullhead Charm, Chainrender's Skullhead Charm, and Chainrender's Mace.
Can also drop any of the armor essences as bonus loot.

Deathstalker

Named Kyv, only spawns during the mission Inside Information
Drops Kyv Ceramic Vane, Deathstalker's Ceramic Vane, and Deathstalker's Spiked Bowbender.
Can also drop any of the armor essences as bonus loot.

Dire Feran Mindrender

Named feran, can spawn from any feran spawn point.
Drops Silvered Drape of the Enclave, Drape of the Royal Enclave, and Mindrend.
Can also rarely drop Phased Eternal Incandessence or Phased Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Grg`nok

Named golem, hits upwards of 8k. Immune to snare and has a huge assist radius. Roams arounds the outside area with the portals.
Drops Witherskin Cloak, Fingerbone Earring, Grg`nok's Cloak of Scales, and Earing of the Attendants.
Can also rarely drop Distorted Eternal Incandessence or Distorted Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Hexxt Shadowslayer

Named Ixt
Drops Shadehorn Mask, Shadowhorn Mask, and Shadowhorn.
Can also rarely drop Distorted Eternal Incandessence or Distorted Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Hexxt Soulhunter

Named kyv, seems to spawn from any kyv spawn point.
Drops Necklace of Eyes, Necklace of Souls, and Soulstriker.
Can also rarely drop Phased Eternal Incandessence or Phased Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Noc Bloodswarmer

Named noc, seems to spawn from any noc spawn point.
Drops Bonehook, Iron Bloodmask, Bloodswarm Bonehook, and *unknown*.
Can also rarely drop Warped Eternal Incandessence or Warped Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Overlord Gevalark the Dread

Named "Nekhon", a demon looking thing. Randomly spawns and despawns entering and exiting the portals in the outside area.
Drops Signet of the Dread Lord, Gevalark's Signet, and Rend.
Can also rarely drop Distorted Eternal Incandessence or Distorted Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Pixxt Darkhammer

Named Aneuk. Spawns in the room just east and south of the vulturemen.
Drops Bloodspot Hook, Heartblood Hook, and Cutter.
Can also rarely drop Warped Eternal Incandessence or Warped Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Pixxt Deathbinder

Named Ikaav. Spawns in the mindshear room.
Drops Deadbound Earring, Coif of Primal Energy, Deathbind Earring, and Coif of Primal Power.
Can also rarely drop Warped Eternal Incandessence or Warped Eternal Luminessence as bonus loot.

Spikemangler

Named Ukun, only spawns during the mission Meeting Adjorned
Drops Discordling Shoulderspike, Spikemangler's Shoulderspike, and Spikemangler's Dulled Shoulderspike.

Veltarik

Named vulture-man.
Drops Vitrik Claw Belt, Shiny Green Ring, Belt of Veltarik, and Emerald Ring of Blight.
