Notes:

First you need to kill 10 mobs with "greentail" in the name, but for the second part you need a total of 4 Racnar Heads or Green Drake Heads. They have about a 1 in 5 chance of dropping, so expect to kill for a bit if more than one person needs, they can be prelooted. Turn them in to Trakanon to finish the task.
