Notes:

Inside the hatchery are a number of egg rooms. Within these rooms there is an uncommon spawn of "an imperial broodkeeper", these drop the Sebilisian Legacy that you need. Make sure one person loots all 6. If you examine the eggs you will see that a few are off-center of their pillows, these can be "swapped". To do so you must be non-invis and no mobs can be close, so either train the rooms or clear, then click the egg. Having the illusion mask makes finding them much easier.

Once you have completed both steps move to the hall of records (central room) and there will be a book sitting on the counter. It is a 6 slot container, put the 6 Legacy inside and combine In The Room to update, then go hail Talendor to complete the task.
