Mission steps:

• Give 4 Scourge Tails to Severilous - Field of Scale
• Give a Darkened Drake Skull to Severilous - Field of Scale
• Find the necromancer responsible for cursing the skull - Field of Scale
• Give a Darkened Drake Skull to Severilous - Field of Scale

Reward:

• variable Chronobines
• Iksar Left Foot Bones
• Experience (75% of aa)
• Gain faction with Tynoc, Herald of Scale

Notes:

Inside the Library you will need to track down "an Imperial scourge", these drop the tails you need. Then locate "corrupted defiler" or "corrupted warlock", these can drop the drake skull. It is a good idea to have your puller loot these. When you have four tails and a skull give them to Severilous and he sends you back to find the necromancer that started it. Keep killing defilers and/or warlocks until the task updates (the person with the skull Must be first on agro at this time, pending a patch). Once it updates gives the skull back to Severilous to complete the task.
