• Loot one of the weapons - Field of Scale
• Deliver the weapon to Jaled'Dar - Field of Scale

Notes:

To get Jaled'Dar to speak with you requires a good bit of effort, and the minimum isn't clear. Current theory is The Grand Illusion, Supplies, and Raising Cabilis, but that doesn't always do it. I suggest just keep doing tasks till he responds to saying "problems"

This is a timed mission, and only 1 group can do it at a time. If Jaled doesn't talks about asking "others of your kind", wait up to 15 min and ask again. Once you have the task head north and a bit west to find a dead dragon corpse for first update, then northeast triggering the rest. You'll come to 3 dragonhunters, level 85, immune to snare. Kill all 3, loot a longsword from one, and give it to Jaled'Dar to complete the task.
