This task currently can be requested by a single person. Once you have the task, head over to blackburrow. When you click in you go into an instance instead of the normal zone. Get invis and lev and just down the waterfall all the way down. Grand Mystic Kegrak roams the northwest bank of the grotto. Kill him and loot a Orders from Grohlok the Tyrant to update the task.
The next step is to free pups, you do this by killing "an enraged gnoll slaver" found in the northeast area of the zone, max hit around 2k. Kill them until 8 have escaped at which point Grohlok the Tyrant spawns where the slavers were. During the fight he will go into a trance, spawn an add, and regen to full. He'll do this twice. Once dead return to Raxtor.
*There may also be a faction requirement to requesting this mission. Best advice is to keep killing and doing tasks until Raxtor decides to respond.
