• Apply the elixir to 6 plants - Oceangreen Hills
• Return to Kerrin - Oceangreen Hills

Notes:

Kerrin gives you a Stone Vial, a 4 slot container, when you get the task. You will need to forage: 4 maggots, 1 Oceangreen Wheatgrass, and 1 Pinecone. None of these are no-trade, so you can try the bazaar or have a different character forage. They are also edible, so be careful not to eat them. Combine the 4 maggots in the Vial to create Mild Maggot Acid, then combine the acid, wheatgrass, and pinecones to create Vial of Curative Elixer with 10 charges.

Once you have the elixir you need to use it on the shrubs in the grove. Click it on one and beat it to around 50% health for it to trigger. Repeat the process for 6 shrubs and return to Kerrin.
