and 1 randomly eon or non-visible piece.

Strats:

The goal of this raid is to recover the Felbane, a sword the iksar are using that is deadly to dragons.

Phase 1

There is no trash to this event. In the northeast corner of the ground floor Ganak waits with his officers. They start out non-agro, talk to them and say "we insist" to trigger the event. One of the officers (order is random) will become active and attack the raid. The officers put out significant melee dps and each have a special ability as well:

While an officer is active periodically adds spawn and attack the raid. All but the golem adds are stunable and mezzable while the golems are immune. The type of adds is tied to the officer, Srith spawning monk adds for example. When an officer dies another activates and attacks until you have defeated all 4.

Phase 2

When all 4 officers are dead Champion of the Tower activates and attacks the raid. Meanwhile Ganak flees the zone (not stopable, just for lore reasons). The Champion has two rather nasty effects, Tower's Decree a 75' range AE 10 second stun and Tower's Edict a 150' range AE that reduces your melee attack rate by 65% and causes more spell fizzles for 30 sec. Its not exactly a slow as it doesn't overwrite haste, instead it is a flat reduction to all attack rates (including things like kick and backstab). These two effects greatly increase the time it takes to kill him and when coupled with his impressive melee output make the fight an endurance challenge. Meanwhile more adds are still spawning.

Once the Champion dies any remaining adds need to be killed, they do NOT despawn. The chest spawns in the northeast corner and the lockout is generated when the Champion dies. You can complete the task by looting the Felbane off the Champion and delivering it to Trakanon, but only for lore reasons.
