Notes:

First, purchase an Eyes of Kirathas from "a mysterious stranger", this will give you warmly faction with the Kirathas ghosts. Once faction is set travel southwest into the camp and look for "weapon cache", they are big barrels. Use /open to get them open then loot 15 of the armaments and return them to Veras. This task can not be repeated.
