Notes:

Classic escort quest. Multiple people can do this at once, just be sure to hail before killing the undead. When you reach the horse ranch a dozen or so skeletons spawn. You'll need to kill 10 of them and then the Shade of Daniel Highwind. Shade drops 6 needles.
