Notes:

To locate the journal head just west of the fangbreaker camp. Wegar's Corpse is under a bush, standing near it for 6 sec gives you Wegar's Journal on your cursor and updates your task. Return this to Vrald

Next head north from camp to around /loc 400, -3230. Your task will update and Shadowloper spawns. When agro's he spawns 2 zombie adds. Kill him and loot a Garish Festival Charm (drops 6). Return this to Vrald.

Vrald now sends you up north for Nightwalkers. You will find their camp northeast of the festival, around /loc 2400, -500. Once you dispatch them return to Vrald for your next assignment.

Next up is the Oracle of the Oak. You will find the fairy living inside the tree northwest of the festival, hailing her triggers your update to head down into the roots. Inside you will find "a blighted glog imp" with 3 buddies. After killing it loot Idlegrime Spore, it drops 6. Take the spore back the oracle who then sends you back to Vrald.

Now you head to the festival. Upon entering the grounds Larwunn spawns, pull it out and kill it. On the corpse you find 6 Wegar's Missing Pages. Loot one and bring it back to Vrald. He then sends you back to the grounds to put his brother to rest and destroy the phantom. First you kill Wegar's spirit, then Elladrial.

On Elladrial's corpse you find 6 Wegar's Last Words, loot one and return to Vrald. Handing it in completes the task.
