Notes:

Nogol has been beset by bandits and wants his stuff back. You'll need to talk with 4 NPC's in Brell's Rest. The quest starts with just the 4 lines for delivering to Nogol.

For the Smithy hammer head east to the Kobold area. Fangskull roams the area, he won't respond to any text so instead pull him out and kill him. The warder's will assist. When dead loot the hammer and give to Nogol.

For the mug you need to chat with Eggsniffer, a gnoll thats in the northwest area. He says that the mug is his, but will trade it. Say "trade" and 4 lines are added to your task. The Basilisk Eggs drop from a variety of basilisk, lavastorm being a good source. You can buy the Bottle of Kalish from any number of tavers, including Ramos Jerwan in PoK. The Fine Lute Tuners are bought from the bard guild in South Qeynos, tradable if you lack the faction to go there. Uncut Emeralds drop from all trash in Pellucid Grotto.

For the necklace chat with Nogit and Bartel, kick the chat off by saying Necklace to Nogit. They will go on about how it isn't Nogol's, but Bartel will make you a copy if you bring him the materials. This adds 3 deliver lines to the task. The Lump of Gold and Lump of Platinum both drop off burynai in Underquarry. The Scrap Gems drop from all trash in Pellucid Grotto.

For the ring you just need to kill Ripskin and loot it

The last step is to return his journal, this is a Very common drop off anything in Brell's Rest. Turning it in will complete the task.
