Mission steps:

• Retrieve a jagged shard from ancient colossi - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a pulsing sphere from timeworn channelers - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a chipped clay from cunning fiends - Brell's Temple
• Unlock the door to the inner vault chamber - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a Vile of Purified Water from the Protector of Purity - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve aan Unstable Glob of Clay from the Protector of Clay - Brell's Temple
• Mix the purified water with the unstable glob of clay to create an unstable mass - Brell's Temple
• Use the mass of clay on the door to gain access into theworshiping area - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a crumbling head from a crumbling construct - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a broken torso from a broken construct - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a cracking legs from a cracking construct - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a worn arms from a worn construct - Brell's Temple
• Retrieve a pair of eroding feet from eroding construct - Brell's Temple
• Assemble the golem by attaching everything to the torso - Brell's Temple

Until I personally do the mission, here is Povar.Shmid's write up:

First door to open is middle door leading to Brell's room. Protectors of Purity and Clay both hit for 12k, do not flurry, rampage, cast or proc anything just simple melee. Second doors to open are the garden / pool room doors. Broken construct hit for 12.5k, Cracking construct hit for 12.5k, Crumbling constrcut hit for 13k, Worn construct hit for 13k and had single rampage, Eroding construct hit for 13k. Click to combine the parts. Go to either pool room or garden room north doors, click item to spawn a golem who walks to door and breaks it down then despawns. The Keymaster hit for 12.5k. Back to Brell's room, north door, use key to open door, kill The Vault Guardian who hits for 14k. Loot keystone mold, go to normal Brell's Temple do hand in and done! Upon completion all in task will have a "keystone" automatically given to them in their inventory.
