Notes:

After acquiring all the previous stuff, Vakros wants you to travel around killing various creatures. Go to the five zones, killing the required mobs in each, and hail Vakros when done. He'll give you an Elixir, hand this to Brell. Lastly hail Vakros to complete the task.
