All have a decent drop rate, though spore slime mobs seem rarist. Give the 2 vitamolid to Deagus for him to treat, then hail him to receive 2 treated versions. Head back to Rikkirin and give everything to him then hail, he'll give you a Bottled Essence of Princess Vaelani. Return this bottle to Deagus to complete your task.
