Notes:

Tenkar is concerned with the clockwork forces that Lady Envy is massing since they lack the strength to sustain an attack. He sends you to deal with her, by negotiating if possible, by force if necessary. Say "go" to zone into the instance. Lady Envy is not in the negotiating mood so you need to put a dent in her forces. You will need to kill 5 of each of four types. Tantalum are in the first quarry room to the south, Therium are found to the east where the Burynai usually are, Periluminum are deeper in the east caves, and Galvanite are where the Golems usually are. With each set is a "named" clockwork you need to kill, and each drops a specific item. Collect all 4.

Once you have all 4 return to Lady Envy and clear a bit of room. Hand the 4 drops to the Unfinished Subordinate. When you hail the Subordinate afterward it says it chooses to defend Underquarry and Lady Envy attacks. The task locks on the hail. The Unfinished Subordinate will assist until about 50% and then Lady Envy deactivates it. She is rootable, mezable, summons, hits about 7200 but has no special tricks. Once she's dead loot the instructions, turn them in to Peramin, and you'll be ported out.
