Quest steps:

• Collect 4 vials of Ut`Len ink - Pillars of Alra
• Collect 2 Ayrlak teeth - Pillars of Alra
• Collect 3 Vyrlak fins - Pillars of Alra
• Collect a blank tome from Light's lower library - Pillars of Alra
• Scribe the words of truth into the tome of light - Pillars of Alra
• Return the tome to the Pillar of Light's lower library - Pillars of Alra
• *Report success to Wrakt - Pillars of Alra

Notes:

Wrakt wants you to gather material to create a tome to spread the message. Head down to the water and kill some Ut`len (squids), Ayrlak, and Vyrlak (both witherins). Once you have all the parts, head to the 5th floor of the Light (northwest) Pillar and kill Alarans until a book drops. Back to Black tower and go to the infuser you used on the first task, combine the book and the nine drops together to make the tome. Head back to the 5th floor of light and you get a location update (task locks here). Lastly, hail Wrakt to complete the task.
