EQUI_GiveWnd.xml is an XML file included in the EverQuest default UI.
The file defines all elements of the "give" window, the four-slot trading window used when handing items to NPCs. It defines the boxes in which the items are placed, as well as the icons and locations for the coin-giving portions of the window.
