For 2021, all four of the events began on August 4th 00:00 PDT and ended August 31st 23:00 PDT.
2020
For 2020, all four of the events began on July 29 at 12am PDT and ended on September 1 at 2300 PDT.
2018
For 2018, all four of the events began on August 1 at 12am PT and ended on August 28 at midnight PT.
2017
For 2017, all four of the events began on August 2 at 12am PT and ended on August 30 at midnight PT.

The four Living Legacy raids were available from May 24th, 2013 to June 17th, 2013.
2012
It was reported on July 29, 2012 that the raids were back. No official announcement by SOE has been seen on the subject. In this thread, Piestro, EverQuest Community Manager, did state that it is intentional. Not all of them were working. Sometime around August 21, 2012 the ones that were up disappeared without comment from SOE.
