Notes:

Serllis is seeking a cure to the infliction that has beset the iksar. He sends you to chat with the apothecary Viskal, but as you enter you find 2 torturers and Silth. Kill all 3 then loot the research from Silth (make sure all 3 are dead first or it won't update). Give the research to Serllis who goes through it looking for a cure. He requests you bring him a drachnid venom (not prelootable, common drop) and 4 Nettlevine from the flower boxes in the center of the area. Bring them back to Serllis and he mentions needing yeti blood from Zislak. But, when you hail Zislak he refuses, accusing Serllis of stealing. Go back and hail Serllis who tells you to investigate the storeroom. Head to the empty northwest building and 2 drolvarg thieves spawn, kill them both. They each drop 3 meager rations, loot one and give to Zislak as proof that Serllis didn't do it. He gives you a vial of blood, give this to Serllis to complete the task.
