Notes:

After getting the mission head as far south in the static zone as possible to trigger the update, then say "ready" to Trevis Malfin to zone into instance. Once you are inside hailing Yoren causes the first set of mobs to spawn. Kill off the dozen spawns and the named, looting the hand. Do NOT turn the hand in until they are all dead. When you do the hand in the second set of mobs spawn (which makes pulling tricky if you do it early). Kill off the heretics and the named, looting the egg sac. Med up and move to the east side of the room. When you hand in the egg sac Yoren reveals he was the one responsible (*gasp* Another betrayal, surprise) and Hulkenfang, a big spider, spawns in the middle of the room. He casts Corrosive Webbing, a small dot and AC debuff and pops out little spiders on a timer, so go full bore dps to minimize adds. Once it and the adds are dead you'll need to kill Yoren which locks the task. Hail Seveth Dinallin to spawn a chest with one spell and one of the following:
