Tarlyn has had a Moment of Clarity and realized that there is something wrong with the library and like any librarian feels the answer is in a book. Once inside the instance start picking up ground spawns while moving towards the top. You will need 3 of each type which you hand in to Tarlyn. You can save any extra for later runs. In addition to gathering the books (of which none match what Tarlyn was seeking) you'll need to kill a good number of mobs. Once you reach the top you'll find the red con Sage Weldan which casts Delusion Visage I, an AE snare with knockback and Shadow Lore, an AE 12k nuke and 2400 mana drain. The task locks when he dies. Once he is dead loot the book and give it to Tarlyn. Lastly hail him to spawn a chest with one spell and one of the following:
