EQUI_TargetWindow.xml is an XML file included in the EverQuest default UI.
The file defines all elements of the default target window (toggled by ALT+T in the game client's default controls), including the target's health gauge, HP labels, aggro meter information, the buff/debuff box, and individual buff/debuff icon spacing and location.
