Notes:

Alezra feels it is time you make an offering to fear. Start by killing off some fiends, monkeys, and cubes, looting some Skeletal Remains. Give them to Alezra and chat with her. She tells you to head into the temple, go to the bottom level and bathe in blood by stepping into a pool. Then go to the top floor (different entrance) and put remains on table by standing on it and right clicking them in your inventory. You can do this without breaking invis. Lastly hail Tiseth to complete the task.
