After reading the Tae EW grimoire, Rupkerr thinks he has a plan. He needs you to collect a flesh feeder fang, a rot dog saliva, a orbweaver sac (off the Toxic Orbweavers only), and an adder egg. None are prelootable. When you had in all 4 he gives you an Incantation and says to read it at the waterfall. Head back to the waterfall, stand under it, and click the Incantation. This will allow the expeditions spirits to rest, but they still need to be freed, so travel to the northeast and slay 10 of the froglok ghosts.
