Dorran has asked you to "thin out" some of the lizardmen in the area that are throwing the natural balance out of whack. Head a bit southwest of Dorran and you'll find a large tower guarded by brown skin lizardmen of all 4 types. Kill your 16 and head back to Dorran to complete the task.
