The book you recovered from Khalis was a fake, and now Abbit wants the real one. Start by talking to Keega again, this time he despawns and respawns as "Swindler Keega" and attacks. Defeat him and Keega respawns, claiming he was forced to try and trap Abbit. He sends you to find the Agent of Morzad far in the northeast section of the zone. After find him, clear the room of trash then hail. 3 Morzad Agents spawn and attack, dispatch them. Once they are dead chat with Abbit to complete the task.
