Zairia is looking to reclaim her youth, and to do that she needs to steal it from another. After agreeing to help, she says first she needs ingredients for a pie. Go kill some treants, bunnies, and daydreams till you've gotten enough parts and bring them back. The last ingredient is a jug of enchanted water, to get this head north and wait under the painting with the water flowing out of it until you get both updates, at which point a shilliskin will spawn. Defeat it ot blur it, and give the water to Zaira and she'll give you a pie. In the area outside her cottage you'll find "a hungry halfling", target it and right click pie (doesn't break invis). It will path to the oven and combust, leaving remains inside. Pick up the remains and give them to Zairia. She briefly changes to a high elf as the task completes.
