Gurroth is dying of hunger and wants you to fetch him some rabbit meat. Go kill 3 speckled and 3 rabbits, looting the carcasses. After giving 3 of each carcass he hears a ruckus outside and sends you out to investigate. You'll find a big rabbit named Snibbles and some other Gouzahs. Hail Snibbles then kill it and 6 of the gouzahs. At this point another big rabbit pops, a Smart Gouzah. Go hail it (this locks the task), kill it, and loot the Teleportation Gem. Give the gem to Gurroth, say "return" to port out, and then hail him in the static zone to complete the mission.
