Notes:

Zinahra is a siren, surrounded by kos sirens. Luckily she sees through invis and sos, so you can chat with her without agro. She sends you to discover the source of the daydreams that sap her desire when she contemplates escape. Head to the forest area and find 3 non-agro daydreams, hailing each. At this point you'll feel directed toward the sandman in the castle so make your way to the northwest corner of the giant sandcastle in the beach area. Hail the timekeeper and he becomes agroable, kill 3 sanman (he counts as one). Loot up 3 buckets and a rod from them (not prelootable) and give them to Zinahra. Finally simply hail her to complete the task.
