Notes:

Sage Jarith needs some components to put his plan into action. 3 of the parts you get from simply hailing the appropriate npcs. The bags of gold are ground spawns in the treasure halls and the ghostly essence is a fairly common drop from phantoms (both are prelootable). Hand in all the objects and hail Jarith to complete the task.
