Notes:

Dtaemi fell into the Well years ago and died, but he wants to make sure his mother isn't still looking for him. Start by going to Giladan in The Grounds. He claims he is too busy and requires you kill some rotdogs before he'll answer any questions. After killing the dogs Giladan remembers the boy and says Shalma in Feerrott may know more. After chatting with Shalma, she says that perhaps the Tae EW killed the mother. Go kill any 10 Tae Ew then report back to Dtaemi to complete the task.
