This is a shared task.

Traelphor seems to have lost his marbles, confusing you for someone that has deceived him. He mentioned Plomaedis in the Grounds, so start by talking to him, you'll find him on the far east side of zone. Traelphor rambles on about a waste of time, mentions some scrolls, then his pet Argamis spawns and attacks. He hits for just under 7k and runs at low health. After dispatching him (while Plomaedis just stands there), head back into The Well. You'll find the scroll as a random drop from anything in the zone. Hail Traelphor, hand them in, and hail him to complete the task.
