Head south from the zone in and hook around to the outside area with all the portals. Your first task is to turn the portals off that are feeding him. If you observe him you will see little blue things path to him, follow one back to its source, which is one of the portals. Talk to either riftseeker outside it (will need to sneak) and say "switch". That turns that portal off, spawns an add, and could turn another portal on. After switching head back to Stardouser and follow another blue thing. Keep turning them off until you don't see any pathing to Stardouser, this means he is at his weakest.
Next pull all the adds that spawned and kill them off, leaving it all alone. Invis up and get ready to engage. He has AE ramp and an AE blind/stun, but paltry HP. Just beat him down for the win.
