Say Go to enter the instance.

Once inside Dvalger wants you to speak on his behalf to Ugen to try and resolve this conflict before it turns into civil war. Head to the massive central building and go ALL the way up to find Ugen, who prattles on and sends you to find Vardnek, who is 1 floor down. Hail him twice to update task, he'll give you 3 stacked plans, then head back upstairs. Hand the plans to Fnarda and Derv first, then Ugen. Ugen rejects the plans, hail him for details, then back downstairs. Get ready to fight and hail Vardnek.

At this point the Chromatic npc's turn into heretics and become kos as they rebel against Ugen's idiocay. Kill 15 of them and loot an amulet from each. They hit upwards of 7k, summon, and have single target rampage. Tinkerers cast wizards spells while Artisans and Engineers cast cleric spells. Once you've looted your quota head upstairs and hand them in to Ugen. At this point you'll chat with Fnarda who sends you to find Bvard the Heretic to try and straighten things out, he is 2 floors down. When hailed he attacks and asks for death. Once he is dead return to Ugen who finally realizes what he's done and agrees to change, and finally head back to Dvalger. Hail him to complete the mission.
