With the Husk thrown into disarray by your previous work now is the time to strike and kill off the greken hatchlings to ensure they can't be used by the Autarchians. After entering the instance head to the nest area and begin killing the reapers and attendants, which hit for up to 8k. When the last dies 6 greken hatchlings pop spread around the egg rooms. Kill them too, they also hit around 8k. Once they are dead exit the nest area and find Aremaas the Mouth, a coldain just beside the entrance to the heart. Hailing him you learn that there are greken younglings heading for the lava pit to the south, kill them too, watch out for lava golem adds. They all hit for 8k too. When the last youngling dies 3 bellikos deceivers spawn. The can hit for nearly 9k, kill all 3. Once those are dispatched move back north and hail Aremaas the Mouth to complete the mission.
