Bindani has challenged you to finish the Hunter's Bounty. North of Bindani is 'the hill', around which are "empowered" versions of whatever creature controls the hill. Kill off the empowered till you get your drop, then kill the King to change what creature is in control. Repeat the cycle until you have all eight drops then give them to Bindani to complete the task.
