Mea wants your help in spreading a message to the Elders that the way they worship Kolos is wrong. Mea gives you 3 messages, give one to each elder, then chat with Etani. Etani says that you have no business spreading Mea's thoughts until you can live like a member, so go forth and collect 5 Windberries, 3 leaves, 3 bamboo shoots (all groundspawns) and then kill various beasts, some of which will update your task (no actual item). Once collected, hand the pieces in to Etani, chat with him, then report back to Mea the sad news that none of them would listen to complete the task.
