Notes:

Xortiv thinks he knows a way to stop the dreams that plague the city, but it takes a wide array of ingrediants. Hunt outside the city for everything except the fruit, which are off cooks in each "kitchen". You'll find the kitchens on the second floor of some buildings. Once you have all eight, combine them in the mortar and pestle Xortiv gave you to create 4 doses of potion. Give one each to the four npcs, but nothing happens. Return to Xortiv and let him know his potion is worthless to complete the task.
